Reece Healthcare Center – Marcia Graves
Marcia has worked at Marian Estates for the better part of over 20 years. She has held multiple positions from Receptionist to Human Resources Director, along with Billing Agent, until she finally settled in Payroll where she currently is. Marcia enjoys the type of environment that she works in and enjoys working with all the employees most. When she’s not working at Marian Estates, she is hard at work for her husband’s log truck company balancing the books. They are hoping to retire sometime in the near future. Congratulations Marcia, and thank you for your efforts!


McKillop – Theresa Ely
Theresa has been at Marian Estates for over 10 years as an RA at the Mckillop Residence. She really enjoys taking care of the residents and getting to know them. Some of her favorite hobbies are spending time with her 3 grandsons that live with her, and enjoying time with all 13 of her grandchildren. She also tries to garden as much as she can to get away and relax. Congratulations Theresa, and keep up the great work!


Elliott – Kaeleigh Miller
Kaeleigh has been at Marian Estates for almost 3 years as an RA at the Elliott Residence. She enjoys her time with the residents and hearing about their stories. When she’s not working, Kaeleigh spends her time as a mom of twin girls (2 years old) and a student - Kaeleigh is working toward becoming a nurse. Congratulations Kaeleigh, we appreciate your hard work and are glad you are a part of the Marian Estates team.


Sloper – Ashley Bogue
Our Employee of the Year has proven herself to be an invaluable employee for Marian Estates and specifically Janmaur III, Independent Living. Her ability to take a task, determine what is needed, organize the project and complete it is a great asset. Her willingness to be available when special needs arise, her stepping up to the “plate” with a helping hand in emergencies, her positive attitude and professionalism all have gone together to prove her worthy of the Employee of the Year Award. Her job assignment is Receptionist but she can be seen working in the café as prep. Cook, server, dishwasher, table mover, equipment finder, housekeeper, emergency responder, office organizer, and the list goes on and on. Congratulations to Ashley and Big Thanks for all you do for Marian Estates.

Marian Estates Auxiliary

Since starting in 1996, the Marian Estates Auxiliary’s mission has been to raise funds that will enhance the daily lives of the residents at Marian Estates. With over 63 members and a wide variety of activities and fundraisers including the Cardinal Gift Shop, monthly Bingo, regular bake sales and the annual Parking Lot Sale, the Auxiliary is an exciting volunteer endeavor. The group is always looking to increase membership and would like to extend an open invitation for people who want to make a difference to attend the monthly General Meeting on the 4th Monday of each month held in the Bistro on campus.
